Desert Romper

Hi there, welcome welcome!

We are now mid week and MID APRIL! Which, is always a bit of an exciting time for me because that means my birthday is just under one month away! Not that this upcoming one is all that exciting (22), but combine that with becoming a college graduate two days later and you have yourself an exciting birthday. For fellow college students, this is also known as the busiest time of year as far as papers, projects, etc.

Trying very hard to just stick it out and finish strong! I'm getting antsy though, senioritis is real.

I am calling this romper the "desert" romper because the burnt orange-brown color reminds me so much of the types of colors we see out here in the Sonoran Desert. This thing is going to be perfect for summer nights! The faux satin fabric is really lightweight, and it gives the romper the ability to be dressed up or dressed down. Where if it was made solely out of cotton, it may be harder to make it look fancy.

Here I gave it a more casual look by adding the denim jacket. TIP: cuff the sleeves of your jacket once to lighten up its appearance and create a more polished look. This also makes room for watches and bracelets. I paired this with some open-toe lace up heels, which are currently one of my favorite pairs of shoes. I swear they could make the most boring outfit interesting! I will link them below, they are a must-have!

I will be keeping today's post short as I am about to head off to class, but I hope y'all are having a great week! If there is anything you think you would like to see from me, shoot me a message on here or on Instagram (@alivewithanna)! I love getting to hear from you!
